1. Downsize the glass
2. Drink water during your commute
3. Drink water when you go to the movies
4. Drink water in meetings
5. Drink water while you're cleaning
Chances are you're thirsty right now. You can drink coffee or tea, & the water in them helps make up for the fact that they're diuretics. You can also have a small glass or bottle of water handy at all times, & you're very likely to drink it.
