The word on the street is that you can only wear navy tights, hose, or leggings with navy, & you must wear navy shoes with it. I beg to differ! You can wear those navy tights, hose, or leggings with everything--they're the most versatile choice out there. And you can wear black shoes or any other color with it. Let restrictive beliefs die.
